Job Opportunity: Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Location: Glasgow

Overview:

A growing litigation team is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to support an expanding portfolio of pursuer focused cases. You’ll work on meaningful matters, while helping clients who have experienced complex medical issues. The role offers flexibility, progression and the chance to make a genuine impact.

Role Requirements:

• Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence files
• Provide clear, practical legal guidance to clients throughout the claims process
• Engage with medical experts, counsel and other professionals as required
• Prepare and review pleadings, witness statements and related documentation
• Represent clients during negotiations and court proceedings
• Contribute positively to a collaborative, client‑centric team

Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
• Personal injury experience preferred; clinical negligence exposure an advantage
• Confident managing an independent caseload
• Comfortable supporting clients in sensitive or emotionally challenging situations
