Location: West End, Glasgow Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Fully Office-Based) About the Role: Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation based in Glasgow’s West End. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their busy finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their finance experience within a supportive and professional office environment. Key Responsibilities:
Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Managing accounts payable and receivable functions
Reconciling bank statements and company accounts
Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Handling queries from suppliers and internal departments
Supporting the wider finance team with administrative duties as required
Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance systems
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Competitive salary of £28,000 – £30,000
