Job Description

As a Sales Assistant , you’ll represent the Brandmax brand on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service, sharing styling advice, and creating a memorable, tailored shopping experience. You’ll work as part of a passionate team to meet targets, maintain high standards, and reflect the effortless cool of the brand in everything you do.

• Greet customers with energy and confidence
• Provide personalised style advice and product recommendations
• Deliver an engaging and premium service that reflects the Jack Wills identity
• Maintain high visual and presentation standards across the shop floor and stock areas
• Support with replenishment and back-of-house organisation
• Collaborate with your team to meet sales targets and KPIs
• Promote our latest collections and brand values with passion and product knowledge

Qualifications

• Passionate about fashion and British heritage style
• Strong communicator who thrives in a customer-facing role
• Confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on creating a positive experience
• Flexible and reliable, especially during key trading times (e.g. weekends, holidays)
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not essential if you’re eager to learn!
