Regional Maintenance Manager
The role will have responsibility for the day to day management and supervision of a mobile engineering team and will ensure operational performance of contracts. You will ensure a high standard of delivery through the mobile engineering team in co-ordination with helpdesk. Develop mobile engineers while acting as the first point of escalation for the Account Manager.
The team consists of 8-10 engineers and will require you to provide them with support on technical issues on PPM & Reactive tasks. You will also audit sites to ensure a high level of service delivery and compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will be technically qualified (electrical or mechanical) and have extensive experience within the Hard FM & Maintenance industry. You will currently be working in a similar technical/operational role at Manager/Supervisor level with responsibility of managing a mobile maintenance team. The role will require a driven individual with strong people management and communication skills. Our client is one of the larges FM providers in the UK with over 30,000 team members.
