Facility Management Lead
Overview
Responsible for the day-to-day management of office facilities across multiple locations, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and a positive workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office operations, including supplies, maintenance, reception, and vendor services.
Act as the main contact for building management, landlords, and service providers.
Handle invoices, purchase requests, and budget tracking.
Communicate facility updates and resolve workplace issues.
Support health, safety, security, and environmental compliance.
Assist with IT, HR processes (including onboarding/offboarding), and business continuity.
Oversee office cleanliness, functionality, and space utilization reporting.
Manage mail, courier services, and document archiving.
Support sustainability initiatives and reporting.
Coordinate office moves, changes, and small projects.
Maintain accurate facilities data and records.
Additional Information
Office-based role with regular on-site attendance across two locations
May involve light physical activity (lifting, moving, walking, etc.)
