An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced tax professional to join the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax team at one of our leading Big 4 clients. This role offers exposure to a diverse international client base, including global corporations, private equity firms and start-ups.
As an M&A Tax Director, the successful candidate will lead teams to deliver bespoke, commercially focused tax advice, manage client relationships, and oversee project delivery. They will contribute to the strategic vision of the team, identifying growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive M&A experience, strong knowledge of tax structuring and modelling, and a proven ability to build relationships and win new business.
