Quantity Surveyor
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will work closely with project teams to ensure commercial performance is maintained while supporting the delivery of projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Managing project costs and ensuring budgets are maintained throughout the project lifecycle Preparing and reviewing valuations, variations, and final accounts Supporting procurement and subcontractor management Monitoring project progress and financial performance Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures Requirements Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within the construction industry Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively within a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant commercial software What’s on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a respected and growing contractor Exposure to a variety of high-profile projects Supportive team environment with opportunities for career progression This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to join a dynamic and expanding business with a strong reputation in the construction sector.
