OverviewAt Gallagher, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in GBS UK. This role is your chance to make a real difference by shaping marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, client acquisition, and brand awareness. You’ll work with a team that values innovation, collaboration, and service-minded thinking.
In this role, you’ll create and deliver marketing campaigns that use both online and offline channels to connect with clients and grow our business. You’ll write engaging content for emails, social media, and events, ensuring our messaging is consistent and impactful. You’ll also analyse campaign performance and share insights to improve future strategies.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure our marketing efforts align with business goals. From organising events to managing digital campaigns, you’ll play a key role in building our brand and supporting our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing creative marketing materials for various channels.
- Managing relationships with stakeholders and keeping them informed.
- Staying updated on marketing trends and sharing insights with the team.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:
- A background in marketing with experience in B2B campaigns, ideally in financial services or employee benefits.
- The ability to create engaging content for digital and offline platforms, including emails, social media, and events.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Sitecore, and other CRM systems.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for working with teams to achieve shared goals.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- A commitment to ethical practices and a service-oriented approach.
- A knack for explaining complex ideas in simple, clear terms.
