” Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM – No evenings or weekends.

About the Role: Leave the retail rush behind and deliver top-quality eye care directly to patients in care homes. With the backing of an experienced dispenser, you’ll focus entirely on providing exceptional sight tests and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
” Perform thorough sight tests for patients unable to visit high street practices.
” Provide expert advice on eye health, eyewear options, and frame selection.
” Communicate clearly with patients, care home managers, and families.
” Ensure all equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
” Engage in team meetings for continuous improvement.

What You Need:
” GOC registration and appropriate OPL/Health board registration.
” Minimum of 1 year post-qualified experience (domiciliary experience a bonus).
” Strong understanding of NHS guidelines and compliance.
” Empathy, patience, and outstanding communication skills.
