Project Manager/Site Manager – Public Realm (4–5 Month Contract)

We’re supporting a leading contractor who require a Project Manager to oversee a public‑realm scheme in Glasgow. This is a key client‑facing role, so we’re looking for someone highly personable, confident working with stakeholders, and able to integrate smoothly into an established team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day delivery of a public‑realm project

• Manage site resources, subcontractors, and programme

• Maintain exceptional client relationships and represent the business professionally

• Ensure all works are delivered safely and to specification

• Produce progress reports and support project documentation

• Work closely with the existing team based at the High Street compound

Ideal Candidate

• Strong public‑realm or civils experience

• Highly personable and able to build trust quickly

• Confident managing teams, resources, and client expectations

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Able to step into an ongoing project and keep momentum
