Business Improvement Manager
Anderson Knight is partnering with a client to appoint an experienced Interim Business Change / Project Management specialist to lead high-impact transformation initiatives. This is a hands-on, senior role for someone who thrives on improving how a business operates — bringing structure, clarity, and measurable results. This is a great opportunity to step into a visible, influential role where you can make a real impact quickly. The role will be on site for 3/5 Months on an Interim Basis What you’ll be doing:
- Driving business change across asset compliance, performance, and customer service
- Reviewing and improving processes to deliver more efficient, commercially effective outcomes
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to identify solutions and remove barriers
- Playing a key role in business development through strong relationship building
- Acting as a trusted voice within the leadership team
- Proven experience in business change and project delivery at a senior level
- Strong process improvement mindset
- Confident stakeholder engagement across all levels
- Ability to turn complex challenges into practical, deliverable solutions
- Evaluate and report on operational performance by ensuring key data and metrics are captured and analysed as required.
- Develop and implement a technical oversight regime that ensures that fit for purpose high quality business assets are adopted and subsequence owned and managed.
- Proactively identify and mitigate areas of risk and/or inefficiency.
- Develop, implement, and manage business capability supporting operation and maintenance including but not limited to identifying and securing the right commercial arrangements, resources, systems, technical and operational standards, and procedures.
- Work with others across the Group to ensure that all customer groups interest are captured and managed throughout the asset adoption and asset management lifecycle.
- Inspire, motivate, manage, and oversee team members to drive actions forward
- Communicate all objectives clearly throughout the business organisations and ensure all team members involved are demonstrably competent to carry out their roles in accordance with group and prevailing industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements, including ensuring regulatory reporting obligations are met and submitted in a timely manner
