Regional Security Supervisor

Location: Diageo, Shieldhall, G51 4SASalary: £15.05 per hour + Sodexo rewards and benefitsHours: 42 hours per weekWorking Pattern: Monday-Friday on average 8.5 hours per day (full flexibility required to support when the business requires)Contract Type: Permanent - Full TimeWe are seeking a professional and reliable Regional SecuritySupervisor to join our team supporting theDiageo site at Shieldhall. This role is responsible forsupervising security operations across the cluster, ensuring the safety ofpeople, property and assets while maintaining the highest standards ofservice.Important: This role requires travel between locations within the region. Candidates musthold a full UK driving licence and be able to use their own vehicle for workpurposes. Fuel expenses will be reimbursed.Reporting to theCluster Security Manager, you will support the delivery of security services,oversee daily security operations, and ensure compliance with site proceduresand Sodexo standards. This role
requires a confident and proactive individualwho can manage schedules, prioritise tasks and support the wider security team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily security operations across the clusterSupport the Cluster Security Manager with team coordination and schedulingEnsure all security procedures, policies and site protocols are followedMonitor site access and maintain a secure working environmentRespond to incidents and ensure appropriate action is takenMaintain accurate records and complete required reportsSupport and guide security officers during shiftsEnsure compliance with health & safety and security regulationsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience within a security environmentStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasksConfident decision-making and ability to work on your own initiativeBasic PC skills and experience completing reports or logsFlexible and reliable approach to working patternsAbility to coordinate schedules and support operational
