🔍 About the Role:
You'll be joining a dynamic commercial team on a major build scheme, working closely with senior stakeholders and site teams to ensure commercial success from procurement through to final account.
✅ What We're Looking For:

Experience with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 contractor, or a strong Assistant QS ready to step up. We would also consider applications from candidates working with relevant subcontractors working for tier 1 or tier 2 main contractors.
A solid understanding of refurbishment or complex build projects.
Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
