Personal developmentDuties for the role of Architectural Technician include: Deliver on a range of high-profile projects from inception through to completion
Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationshipsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician: Degree within architectural technology
Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
Experience working across a range of sectors or sector specialist experience
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
Excellent technical and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
