Job Description

As a Sales Assistant at Cruise, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and customer focus to every shift. From assisting customers with product selections to maintaining the look and feel of the store, you’ll contribute to a first-class shopping experience while gaining valuable skills and building your confidence in a premium, fast-paced retail environment.

Sales & Customer Service

• Engage with every customer to deliver exceptional service
• Use your product knowledge to provide tailored recommendations
• Drive sales to help achieve and exceed store targets

Visual Merchandising & Standards

• Maintain store presentation through stock replenishment and organisation
• Support visual merchandising standards in line with the Cruise brand

Operational Support

• Assist with deliveries and stock processing when required
• Ensure pricing is accurate and up to date
• Support stock counts and inventory accuracy

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with a passion for premium retail
• Confident, friendly, and a strong communicator
