Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP) is seeking to appoint an exceptional individual to the post of Assistant Chief Officer (Care Services). This is a senior leadership role, reporting to the Depute Chief Officer – Operations and Governance / Chief Social Work Officer, with responsibility for the strategic and operational delivery of Operational and Technical Care, Home Care and Older People’s Residential and Day Care Services.

The successful candidate will provide vision, leadership and operational oversight for a wide portfolio of Care Services and will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services that meet the strategic objectives of the HSCP and comply with national standards and statutory responsibilities.

This role requires a dynamic and experienced leader who can drive forward transformational change, develop and implement commissioning and workforce strategies, and lead service redesign and integration.
