NQ Solicitor
Are you a recently qualified, newly qualifying solicitor or a trainee solicitor seeking to assign, looking to pursue a PQ career in insurance litigation on the defender side? If so, this could be an excellent opportunity for you to progress your career in this sector. Our client is looking to recruit an additional solicitor to join their broad injury team at NQ level. The role will involve handling the defender side across a range of injury work, including RTA, EL/PL and occupier’s liability. Whilst personal injury experience would be advantageous, applications are welcomed from those with a commercial litigation or civil litigation background who can demonstrate a genuine interest. Full training and support will be provided where needed. Applicants must have strong interpersonal & communication skills, be comfortable negotiating, be flexible around their work remit and open to contribute to a truly collaborative team.
