Key Responsibilities for Band 6 Nurse job in Glasgow

- Lead and coordinate the work of junior nurses, healthcare assistants, and student nurses, acting as a mentor and role model.

Requirements of a Band 6 Nurse job
- Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
- At least 2 years of post-registration experience, preferably in a Band 5 or equivalent position.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage complex patient care.
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience supervising and supporting junior staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience Band 6 Nurse job in Glasgow
- Previous experience in a Band 6 role or similar leadership position.
