About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join a growing engineering team based in Glasgow City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of infrastructure and development projects across Scotland and the wider UK.

You will play a key role in leading design work, mentoring junior engineers, and delivering high-quality civil engineering solutions for clients in sectors such as residential development, commercial infrastructure, and public realm projects.

Key Responsibilities of this Senior Civil Engineer role;

Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects from concept through to construction.
Prepare and review technical drawings, calculations, and reports.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Liaise with clients, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams.
Mentor and support junior engineers and technicians.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.Requirements of this Senior Civil Engineer role;

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Chartered Engineer status (or working towards chartership).
Proven experience in civil infrastructure design and project delivery.
Strong knowledge of UK standards and regulations.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and infodrainage Civil 3D.
