£15.00 per hour
Monday to Friday | 07:00 - 17:00
The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a Weighbridge Operative on behalf of our client based in Renfrew . This is a temporary position within a busy, fast-paced environment.
This is a key front-facing role where you will be the first and last point of contact for customers entering and leaving the site.
Key Responsibilities:- Acting as the first point of contact for all site visitors and drivers
- Managing the weighbridge system and producing accurate weighbridge tickets
- Maintaining a steady flow of traffic through the site
- Handling customer queries in a professional manner
- Completing all necessary administrative duties
- Supporting the General Manager with day-to-day operational tasks
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Confident dealing with customers in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English)
- Good time management skills
- Strong IT skills (essential)
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
