Paraplanner

My client is currently looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join their business - can be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow office

• Prepare comprehensive suitability reports covering a wide range of advice types, financial products, and investment solutions
• Conduct thorough technical research to support financial recommendations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Attend client meetings to support Financial Planners in presenting cash-flow modelling and addressing technical queries
• Manage processes and tasks in compliance with FCA guidelines and internal procedures
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations and supporting documentation
• Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial planning

Qualifications:

• Level 4 qualification - CII, Diploma in Financial Planning/Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent
• Experience in paraplanning
• Strong understanding of financial planning principles and processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts
