Distribution Centre/Warehouse Team Shift Manager
- Manage and coordinate daily distribution operations to ensure timely and efficient processes.
- Achieve kpi performance and productivity standards for warehouse/distribution activities through proactive management of shift resources.
- Supervise, coach, develop and lead a team
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure proper documentation of all activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise workflow and communication.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance.
- Ensure the smooth running of operations during assigned shifts in Glasgow.
- Participate and lead in CI projects including implementation of new WHM system
