Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
Rate : Negotiable on experience
Lead on contract negotiations and execution for project–based and resource–based commercial arrangements.
Develop and implement commercial strategies to meet margin targets, adapting to the organisation's evolving pipeline.
Manage supply chain performance, ensuring contractual alignment and risk mitigation.
Support project teams with pricing and commercial governance, reviewing proposals and securing approvals.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop KPIs and improve commercial tools and processes.
Oversee financial management, including P&L reporting and profit recommendations.
Ensure contract compliance, obtaining formal instructions for variations and compensation events.
Engage with clients and stakeholders through regular commercial meetings to mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly. What you'll bring:
Proven experience in leading commercial functions within engineering or similar sectors.
Strong contract negotiation and supply chain management skills.
Ability to develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Knowledge of financial management, including P&L and commercial risk assessment.
