An award-winning accountancy and advisory firm is seeking an ambitious Corporate Tax Specialist to join its high-performing national tax practice in Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow. The role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients - from dynamic, fast-growing mid-market companies to large international groups - delivering a mix of complex compliance and high-value advisory work.

The Opportunity

Successful candidates will take responsibility for a varied portfolio, providing strategic corporate tax advice and managing complex compliance matters. You will play a key role in client relationships, work on advisory projects including transactions, restructuring, and innovation reliefs, and collaborate with senior leaders across the business. Depending on your experience, you may also review the work of junior colleagues, contribute to business development initiatives, and help shape the continued growth of the regional tax offering.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and develop a range of client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
* Prepare and/or review complex corporate tax computations.
* Support and lead advisory assignments, including transaction support, restructuring, and innovation relief claims.
* Collaborate with colleagues across service lines to identify and secure new business opportunities.
* Contribute to mentoring and developing more junior team members.

About You

* ACA, CTA or equivalent qualification.
* Corporate tax compliance experience with exposure to advisory work.
* Strong client management and communication skills.
* Commercial awareness and an interest in developing relationships.
