Commercial Executive
- Execute strategic outbound campaigns across carefully mapped target markets
- Engage senior decision-makers including CEOs, MDs, CFOs and business owners
- Convert inbound enquiries into well-qualified commercial opportunities
- Identify client needs and position relevant services effectively
- Qualify prospects against agreed criteria and secure high-quality meetings (virtual and in-person)
- Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure full visibility of activity and pipeline
- Support follow-up communications and nurture activity
- Spot cross-service opportunities and add commercial value wherever possible
- Ensure seamless handover of qualified opportunities to Business Development and service teams
- Your contribution will directly influence pipeline strength and revenue performance.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an SDR, BDR or outbound lead generation role
- Proven background in B2B sales, ideally within professional or financial services
- Strong track record of booking high-quality meetings with senior stakeholders
- Confident, credible communication style with excellent objection-handling ability
- Comfortable working to targets in a structured, performance-driven environment
- Experience using CRM platforms and modern sales tools
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Self-sufficient yet collaborative in team environments
- Commercially aware and naturally curious
- Energetic, proactive and resilient
