Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 16:30 I’m currently working with a well-established and growing organisation to recruit an Administrator to join their busy service delivery team based in Hillington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills — particularly in Excel — who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where accuracy and organisation are key. The Role This position plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be working closely with engineers, suppliers, and internal teams, helping to maintain high standards across compliance, reporting, and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Utilise Excel daily, including pivot tables and lookups (V/X/Y)
Maintain accurate data and ensure all documentation is correctly recorded and filed
Support stock control processes and identify outstanding purchase orders
Resolve supplier invoice queries in a timely manner
Liaise with engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to support service delivery
Compile and update reports for internal use and client systems
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and complete all required documentation
Escalate any issues where necessary and liaise with relevant stakeholders About You Strong administrative background with advanced Excel skills (essential)
Previous experience in a customer service or service-based environment
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure
A strong communicator who can build relationships across teams
A proactive and team-oriented approach
