QA Manager

As the QA Manager on a major student accommodation development in Glasgow, you will play a key role in ensuring all works meet the required quality benchmarks. You'll oversee quality documentation, conduct inspections, support site teams with compliance, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the project. This role offers a clear pathway for progression and is particularly well suited to a construction graduate or early‑career professional looking to accelerate their development within a Tier 1 contracting environment. What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality and compliance
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with site teams and subcontractors
- A genuine interest in developing a long‑term career in quality management
- Previous site experience (placement or post‑grad) is beneficial but not essential.
